Description:

Samovar with an oil lamp in Portuguese silver, 19th/20th century. Body in the shape of an urn, decorated with vertical cupped lobes, with two side handles in kingwood and button of the lid of the tap in carved kingwood. Oil lamp with the same decoration. Assay mark from Porto (Boar II), in use from 1887 to 1938, and goldsmith's mark from the same period. Slight defects and signs of wear.Total approximate weight: 1 680 g.; Approximate height: 40 cm.
