Description:

Large salver in Portuguese silver, 20th century. Lobed rim, body profusely decorated in relief with urns with flowers, shell motifs, acanthus leaves and scrolls. With a ring for hanging. Assay mark from Porto (Eagle 833), in use from 1938 to 1985, and mark of goldsmith from the same period. Signs of wear.
