Booking a Valuation

Whenever you would like to book a valuation in Palácio do Correio Velho’s premises or elsewhere, you should contact Ms. Marta Moraes d'Orey, via the telephone numbers +351 213242980 or +351 919008363 or contact-us here.

Payment of Purchased Lots

Purchased lots may be paid by Multibanco ATM, cheque, bank transfer or in cash. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you should always identify your invoice number in the reference and use the following elements:

Withdrawal of Purchased lots

Purchased lots should be collected up until 15 days after the auction date, but never before full payment of the outstanding amount to Palácio do Correio Velho.

Delivery of large-scale lots should be previously scheduled with the Customer Support Service, contacting Mr. António Pinto for this purpose, via the telephone numbers +351 918710562 or +351 213242980.

Absentee / Telephone Bidding Slips

If you are unable to attend the Auction, don’t forget to fill in the Absentee / Telephone Bidding Slip.
